The thought has occurred to me that it might be fun to add a store to the website, and offer to sell either original action figures/dolls or copies of my books which shall be forthcoming. It wouldn’t take much to get Paypal set up so that I could take orders. I shall talk it over with the commander in chief, so to speak. Might be fun. After all, what’s a business these days if it’s not an online business?
ok, so it’s not as bad as it sounds, but finally got some new videos from last year’s G-Fest up on Youtube, and thought they were more than appropriate to share. Check out my channel to see the current kit and kaboodle of them. The Cosplay is Mamagon, the dreaded monster of too-strict mothers.
So here we are in the middle of FrozenVille, Ia. I’m grateful it’s not worse, we sorta got the outside edge of all the blizzardy nastiness, but it is still cold enough for one inclined as I am against chill factor. Meanwhile the website is getting built up, slowly. I’m beginning to understand why some people abandon them for the sheer time consumption of it. In other news, booked the hotel for G-Fest! Early, yes, but the early bird…catches a good room, I guess, and with these big old Chicago places, better safe than sorry and get a nasty, smoky room. But, that’s done anyway. Seeing how Joe doesn’t cease to remind me that we have G-Fest coming up on a daily basis….figured it best not to disappoint the good lad.
Current progress on the second draft of Jia: 365 pages. So, a year’s worth of pages, if I were doing a page a day (Ha! I wish). Might just get done before the turn of the next century.
